RV SUPER CENTRE Grand Prize Terms & Conditions
TOURISM HOLDINGS LIMITED a New Zealand incorporated company having its principal place of business in New Zealand at 83 Beach Road, Auckland (“thl”)

SPOT ON EXHIBITIONS (“Show Organizer”)

The winner of the RV Super Centre Grand Prize at the Covi Motorhome Supershow will win:

• 1 x 28-day motorhome rental within the UK (using Just Go motorhome rentals) or USA (using El Monte rentals)
• 2 x adult economy tickets to one of three destinations – London, Edinburgh or Los Angeles.
• Prize voucher includes:
• USA: Full excess insurance reduction cover to NIL excess
• UK: Liability reduction. Pre-authorised security deposit is payable at the time of collection.

• The prize voucher does not include food, attractions, campground fees, tolls or any other cost not detailed in these terms and conditions.

• 2 x hotel night accommodation (one night on arrival to London, Edinburgh or Los Angeles and one night prior to departure from London, Edinburgh or Los Angeles). This will be organized in combination with a thl representative.
• Vehicles are not available for travel by the winner during select peak periods and are subject to availability.
• All flights and motorhome rentals must be booked and used before 1 March 2024. 1 July 2023 to 15 September 2023 is unavailable for travel in the USA and 19 June 2023 to 31 August 2023 is unavailable for travel in the UK. Reservation must be prior to 31 March 2023.
• All Just Go / thl / El Monte country specific vehicle rental standard terms and conditions apply and take precedence over the agreement.
• Vehicle Type:
• USA: C-class Medium motorhome vehicle
• UK: 4 berth motorhome vehicle, that is selected by a Just Go representative.
• All vehicles must be picked up and dropped off at Just Go London or Edinburgh or El Monte Los Angeles.
• All prize redemptions and travel bookings must be made through a nominated thl representative.
• Prize winners must give thl three months notice period of their intended travel.
• For travel in the USA – the prize recipient must be over 21 years of age. At least one person in the party will have a full and valid driver's license and the nominated driver must be over 21 years of age
• For travel in the UK – the prize recipient must be 25 years and older and held their license for a minimum of 3 years
• The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash
• All travel is subject to availability at the time of booking
• By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the thl and the show organizer pre and post-travel interviews and articles, social media posts including photography and video for promotional purposes
• Visitors to the Covi Motorhome Caravan & Outdoor SuperShow are only eligible to enter the RV Super Centre Grand Prize draw with a ticket purchased at the gate between 17th March and 19th March 2023 or purchased online from the 1st November 2022 – 16th March 2023. Complimentary tickets are not eligible for the gate prize draw.
• Entry into the RV Super Centre Grand Prize draw is free with a Covi Motorhome Caravan and Outdoor SuperShow entry ticket purchased at the gate or online.
• The staff and immediate families of thl, Spot on Exhibitions and any major Motorhome manufacturer, dealer and rental company, Covi NZMCA Insurance and their associated companies, the Covi SuperShow’s security and ticketing companies and employees and board members of the NZMCA are not eligible for entry into the prize draw
• The RV Super Centre Grand prize is non-transferable
• The Show organizer reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions of the RV Super Centre Grand Prize draw if they deem this to be necessary.
• For tickets to be eligible for entry into the RV Super Centre Grand Prize draw they must be stamped at each of the seven Covi Passport Booths throughout the show. Please see your show program for locations.
• The RV Super Centre Grand Prize will be drawn at 11am Monday 20th March 2023 by Spot on Exhibitions live on the Covi Motorhome Caravan & Outdoor Supershow Facebook page
• All entrant personal details must be valid and up to date and will be held by Spot on Exhibitions and thl, the parent company of RV Super Centre and may be used for the purpose of the promotion and for future promotion and marketing purposes in accordance with thl's Privacy Policy (see https://www.thlonline.com/privacy) unless otherwise directed by contestants at the time of entry.
• Personal information provided at the time of entry is presumed to be true and, in the case of text or email notification – active, through to and beyond the date of the Promotion’s completion.
