TO RECEIVE YOUR PERSONALISED EXHIBITOR PASSES THIS FORM MUST BE COMPLETED AND RECEIVED BY SPOT ON EXHIBITIONS BY 2 FEBRUARY 2024 AND YOUR ACCOUNT PAID IN FULL. NO PAYMENT, NO PASSES.

 

NOTE: If no information is received Exhibitor Passes will be issued in the exhibiting company’s name only.

 

Please refer to the Covi SuperShow Prospectus pricing schedule (pages 17-18) for the number of passes allocated to your stand.

ADDITIONAL PASSES

If you require ADDITIONAL PASSES please complete the details below:

ADDITIONAL EXHIBITOR PASSES:

These passes can be purchased in addition to your stand allocation. They will be produced showing your company name provided this form is received no later than 2 February 2024. These passes must be retained and worn whilst at the Covi SuperShow.

ADDITIONAL CAR PARK PASSES:

These must be surrendered at the car park gate. They allow a single entry to the car park.

 

ADDITIONAL DAY PASSES:

These must be surrendered at the public gate. They allow a single day entry on any day only. These passes do not include carparking or entry into the Grand Prize promotion.

  1. Lost, mislaid or additional passes will not be reallocated free of charge. Please ensure passes are carefully distributed to your staff and contractors.
  2. Passes will be couriered to you on receipt of your final payment.
