Impressive quality of stands made choosing Covi SuperShow stand winners for 2018 difficult

16th March 2018

Organisers of this year’s Covi SuperShow said the judging of the stand winners for the 2018 show was made very difficult due to the effort made and the increase in the quality of the stands.

“The judge was very impressed with the standard of this year’s stands, and the efforts made which made the task of choosing winners very hard,” Covi SuperShow Managing Director David Culpan said

“Stand layout, the way products were presented, the availability of information and customer service were just some of the criteria the independent judge took into consideration.”

Four awards were presented after the first day of the Covi SuperShow, based on stand size and the most ‘innovative’ stand.

The winners were announced on Friday evening at the Exhibitor's Function.

The winners were:

  • Small (0 - 50m2) Top 10 Holiday Park
Top 10

  • Medium (50 - 130m2) Apollo Entertainment

  • Large (130m2+) RV Super CentreRV super centre

  • Most innovative ZION Motorhomes

Judges key comments:

Small; impressed with the quality of small stands. Huge increase in effort reflected in big increase in stand quality.

Medium; this category had the most significant increase in quality. It was a very close decision. Apollo Entertainment really stepped up this year.

Large; Again was an extremely competitive category. It is clear the large stands see the benefits and importance of stand decision at an expo, and the impact a good stand area can have. This years winner have become the benchmark for large stand design, winning for the second year in a row.

Most innovative; the winner showed huge improvement in stand design and approach. Use of flooring, signage and wall linings truly demonstrated an innovative approach.
